Enrollees to high-deductible plan receive a $600 annual employer contribution ($1,000 if you cover dependents) to your Health Savings Account. Employees can add a spouse, domestic partner or children as dependents in their plan. Free wellness programs and enhanced employee assistance programs for mental well being.
At StickerGiant, everyone receives a generous paid time off (PTO) amount to use as needed at any time. In addition to PTO, Giants receive 5 paid holidays, 4 floating holidays and 6 days of sick time per year.
